By Participating in Online Yoga Sessions, I hereby agree to the following:

  1. That I am participating in Online Yoga Classes and/or Private Yoga Sessions offered by Ali Webb and Clara Bella Yoga and Wellness, during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga including but not limited to physical exercise, meditation, breathing techniques, myofacsial release and essential oils.
  2. I recognize that Yoga involves physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I understand that I must judge my own capabilities with respect to practicing Yoga. By my participation in Online Yoga Classes/Private Sessions, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur in such practice.
  3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Yoga. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in Online Yoga Classes or Private Yoga Sessions. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform my teacher of any injury or other condition that might affect my ability to participate, and to inform her immediately if an injury occurs during a session.
  4. I, my heirs or representative forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue my teacher for any injury caused by her negligence or other acts. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against my teacher for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in an Online Yoga Class/Session.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

Relax and Renew Yoga - Drop in Online Class

Build resilience and restore balance through a regular yoga and meditation practice in the comfort and safety of your own home.

In this Relax and Renew Yoga practice we emphasize quality movement with intention, focus on the breath, and learn to listen to our bodies. This is a slow, restorative practice with long-held gentle floor based poses and ends with a guided meditation.
Modifications to poses are always offered to make the practice truly your own. This class welcomes all fitness levels and all levels of yoga experience.
Recommended (but not required) props for class: Yoga mat, Yoga block(s), several blankets, and a few pillows.
