In this Relax and Renew Yoga practice we emphasize quality movement with intention, focus on the breath, and learn to listen to our bodies. This is a slow, restorative practice with long-held gentle floor based poses and ends with a guided meditation.
Modifications to poses are always offered to make the practice truly your own. This class welcomes all fitness levels and all levels of yoga experience.
Recommended (but not required) props for class: Yoga mat, Yoga block(s), several blankets, and a few pillows.
