In this Breathe and Flow Yoga practice we emphasize quality movement with intention, focus on the breath, and learn to listen to our bodies. This is a practice to let go of what was and welcome in the limitless possibilities ahead.
Linking movement with breath and moving our bodies gently and purposefully to reduce stress, maintain and improve mobility and to benefit our bodies and our minds.
Modifications to poses are always offered to make the practice truly your own. This class welcomes all fitness levels and all levels of yoga experience.
Recommended (but not required) props for class: Yoga mat, Yoga block(s), a blanket, and a small pillow or towel.
